New sigil!

Sigils are activation based items that you can get from ⇎✪✤ ❈✪✾❁✰✤✤❁✤❅ (no spoilers!), sigils are far stronger then any other item in the game at the cost of having extreme cooldowns.

Beta v1.0 is still in development with a great possibility of a October release! As I've said before, I will keep y'all updated when notable progress is made but until then. Happy mining!
